Located in North Yorkshire just outside the busy market town of Leyburn, Cow Close Barn is a small quiet Caravan Site with panoramic views from Lower Wensleydale through to the Cleveland Hills 30 miles away. Map We are a small working farm, producing organically raised free range livestock we also have a large vegetable plot and fruit garden.

Rate £ 8.00 per unit per night. 2 Adults 2 Children, additional guests £1.00 per person per night. Electric hookup at £2.00 per night extra. Tents are welcome but currently we do not have showers. Friendly dogs are allowed so long as they are kept under reasonable control and always cleaned up after. We also allow small camp fires around the perimeter of the site.

Wenselydale is a great place to visit with many things to do. The roads are quiet and the scenery is spectacular. The people are down to earth and friendly and there is a slower relaxed pace to life. It is after all Wallace and Grommit country.
