A bit about me!
I am a 40 something crafter living in the Yorkshire Dales. I have always been “making” from a very young age. Over the years I have knitted, crocheted, done dressmaking, curtain making, upholstery, needlepoint, cross stitch, decoupage, glass painting to name but a few! Recently I started making jewellery as a hobby that quickly became an obsession! Initially I made pieces for myself, then for friends and family and I now have some of my pieces for sale in local craft shops. I find jewellery making a pleasure and am always experimenting with new ideas. I am always thinking of the next piece I am going to make and what design I plan to use. Sometimes I just start with a particular bead and see how an item evolves as I go along. I am always on the lookout for new techniques to try and to make a piece of jewellery, that is something special, different, unique, good quality and that I would be proud to wear and hope you would be too!
