Postage Costs

Postage costs are fixed at £3.95 for all orders under £50 ( UK and Worldwide). For orders over £50 postage is free. All packages are sent by recorded or signed-for delivery.

Payment

Paypal is used for credit/debit card payment.

For U.K. customers only, payment by cheque, postal order or banker’s draft is also accepted. Please contact me by e-mail for details of payee information. All methods of payments must be cleared before delivery.

Packaging

Most items either come with an organza pouch or a gift box. All items are packaged securely and most items will be posted within a week. Custom-made or altered items may take 2-3 weeks to be posted.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you need to return an item for any reason, please email us with your order/item number within 7 days of receipt and we will email you back with a returns number. We will be happy to make a refund or exchange providing the items are returned in complete and saleable condition within 7 days. Please return the goods in their original packaging. You are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or to send the item with a tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. For all returns, except when the item is faulty, you will have to pay for the cost of returning the item to us. Earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
